Favourite player to watch growing up: AB DeVilliers that man can honestly do it all and is great to watch no matter the format

Favourite sports team: I love the Blackcaps but it’s the Highlanders rugby team from the deep south.

Where are you studying: Studying at Lincoln University on a sports scholarship for cricket doing a bachelor of sports in recreation. I do however do a little coaching with Evolution Sports Coaching specialising in cricket, rugby and a general sports holiday program.

What is your sporting goal: I want to continue to better my game and get to the top and play international cricket for New Zealand

  • 2015 84 against Christ College Canterbury Secondary Schools Two Day    
  • 2015 52* against Christchurch Boys High secondary Schools 50 Over Comp and 5 dismals on the same day.

Im Alister Collins & I am currently studying a bachelor of sport and recreation management under a cricket scholarship at Lincoln university in New Zealand’s Canterbury Region. I have been playing age group cricket in Canterbury since I was 16 and am currently playing for St Albans cricket club in town based at Hagley Oval. I Also do specialist coaching for both rugby and cricket with a Christchurch based coaching company Evolution Sports Coaching.
