Current Timelines

These timelines serve as a guide, not a guarantee, and are subject to change throughout each month.

We base these on recently completed orders that have left the workshop. As the number of orders and customers visiting our store varies weekly, we cannot provide a specific time or day (excluding urgent repairs); however, we can offer the current timelines below.

We will do our best to have your order ready as soon as possible. If you are collecting your bat, you will receive a text when your order is ready for pick up. Otherwise, you will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

If you are concerned that your order has been completed but haven't received a notification, click the order status button in your email receipt or contact us.

Please note: Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Our shop, workshop and warehouse will be closed from 24/12/25 to 04/01/26. Regular hours & shipping will resume on 05/01/26


New Bats

Pre-made - 4 to 6 working days - For any services to be completed.

Made to order - 15 to 20 working days once your selection is confirmed - For your bat/s to be made and any services to be completed

Custom - Once your design is confirmed, allow 15 to 20 working days - For your bat/s to be made and any services to be completed

Services & Repairs

URGENT SERVICE/REPAIR 
2 working days turnaround on any bat in any condition.
The price for this service is double our standard service/repair rates. Please send us an email to check availability first.

STANDARD SERVICE/REPAIR

If your order includes more than one service, add the lesser timeframe/s of the secondary services to the main service you purchased. The maximum time a bat is currently in the workshop is 14 working days

5 minutes - grip application and facings

4 to 6 working days - toe guards & thread-epoxy wrapping

5 to 9 working days - knocking in

10 to 13 working days - clean face services and full refurbishments

10 to 13 working days - weight reductions.

12 to 15 working days - handle replacements.

10 to 13 working days - crack repairs and all other services.
