I recently gave my bat to Fantail Cricket Store for a full refurbishment, and I’m extremely happy with the result. The service was excellent, and my bat came back looking and feeling fantastic. The condition of the refurbished bat is honestly much better than I expected.
The price was a little on the higher side, but considering the quality of the workmanship and the final result, I’m very happy with the service. Great attention to detail and excellent customer service.

I absolutely love my new custom bat! I scored 32 and a 67 in the last two weeks using it, and I'm hoping for even more once it's fully match ready. My only feedback is that it wasn't knocked in and the edges weren't rounded off. Other than that, 5 stars across the board thank you so much!! I'll definitely be ordering another one with a similar profile next year, so please keep me updated if you get any special lightweight willow with amazing ping and performance.

Took my son’s bat to Fantail for a weight reduction on the toe end for a better pickup, Blake did a great job reducing the weight by changing the toe shape to a duckbill profile without removing willow from the sweetspot, looks and feels great.
