Shipping policy

 

Please be aware that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU) and that you, the customer, are responsible for any local customs fees, taxes, and/or duties. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the package has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.

  • New Zealand - orders are sent through Post Haste, Castle Parcels, NZ Couriers or NZ Post
  • Australia - orders are sent through DHL Express, NZ Courier Post or NZ Post
  • Rest of World - orders are sent through DHL Express
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY SHIPPING CHARGES IF I RETURN AN ITEM?

Our standard returns policies apply. When you return an item, we will issue a full refund less shipping charges (unless stated otherwise). When you exchange one item for another of equal or lesser value, you will need to cover the shipping costs.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL GOES MISSING?

All tracked parcels are insured to the value of your order. A new order will be sent out to you upon a lost parcel.
