Cricket Bat Linseed Oil

Enhance the preparation and maintenance of your cricket bat with our traditional raw linseed oil, specifically formulated to boost durability and performance.

Application Instructions:

1. If your bat is new and polished, remove the polish by lightly sanding the playing surface with fine-grit sandpaper.
2. Ensure the bat is clean, free of dirt and dust.
3. Apply half a teaspoon of oil to the bat's face, using your fingers to spread it evenly in a thin layer.
4. Allow the bat to dry flat overnight.
5. After applying two coats, your bat will be ready for the knocking-in process. Reapply oil to the face as needed throughout the season.

Safety Precaution:
Exercise caution with linseed oil-soaked cloths, as they can spontaneously combust. Wash them immediately or dispose of them in water and detergent. For temporary storage, dampen the cloth and hang it flat. To avoid this risk, use your fingers for oil application instead of cloth.
