Custom Cricket Bat Fitting Appointment

Once you purchase a bat during your bat fitting, the fitting fee will be deducted from the cost of your custom cricket bat. We run bat fitting appointments outside when hours the store is open to all customers.
Please note this is for custom bats only. You're welcome to pop into the store anytime during our opening hours if you don't want to book an appointment or would like to view our pre-made bats in-store. There is no charge for fittings during our opening hours.
PROCESS:
- Purchase the bat fitting appointment with the possible times that will work best for you.
- We will contact you over email to confirm a date and time that suits you. We run bat fittings six days a week.
- Turn up to the store with your current bat/s on the day/time of your appointment. Fittings usually take 15 to 30 minutes.
- You will work with Blake, our Auckland bat maker, to design a custom bat to suit or fit you for one of our premade bats. He will run through all of the options with you and recommend what would work best for your game.
- Once your selection is finalised, this appointment fee will be deducted from the bat cost.

PLEASE NOTE:
- If you need to reschedule your appointment, it must be done over 24 hours from the confirmed time. Otherwise, a new booking fee will be incurred.
- Fitting appointment fees are not refundable if you don't purchase a bat.

Please be aware that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU) and that you, the customer, are responsible for any local customs fees, taxes, and/or duties. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the package has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
- New Zealand - orders are sent through Post Haste. Allow 1 to 5 business days for delivery.
- Australia - Orders are sent through two carriers. For DHL Express, allow 1 to 4 business days for delivery, and NZ Courier Post allow 5 to 14 business days.
- Rest of World - Orders are sent through DHL Express. Allow 3 to 8 business days for delivery.
